I started GLP-1 because my body needed it.
But about 3 weeks in, I realized something: the medication doesn't teach you how to eat. It doesn't teach you why you reach for food when you're stressed, or how to build habits around the changes happening in your body.
That gap — between the medication and the real life changes — is where most people struggle.
So I built this program because I've lived it. Not in theory. In my actual life, over 50, with my own patterns and struggles.
When you're on GLP-1, you need more than a meal plan. You need someone who understands the behavior piece.
That's what I do.

The 5 phases of real change (and where most people get stuck).
Phase 1: Precontemplation. You're not thinking about it yet.
Phase 2: Contemplation. You're thinking about it, but you haven't decided if it's worth it.
Phase 3: Preparation. You've decided. You're making a plan.
Phase 4: Action. You're doing it.
Phase 5: Maintenance. You're sustaining it.
Most people jump from Phase 1 straight to Phase 4. That's why they fail.
Real change doesn't skip phases. It moves through them.
Our program meets you where you are and moves you forward.

Willpower isn't the answer.
You've probably heard that before. But do you know why?
Willpower is a depleting resource. It gets weaker as the day goes on, especially if you're tired, stressed, or hungry. So by 8pm, when you're supposed to stick to your plan? Your willpower tank is empty.
Here's what actually works:
Environment design. Behavior stacking. Understanding your own patterns (not someone else's). Building habits that fit your actual life, not some idealized version of it.
That's the difference between a plan that lasts 3 weeks and one that actually sticks.
We teach the science. You do the work. Real changes follow.

Quick morning breath reset.
Feeling tight in your chest or shoulders? This takes 90 seconds.
Sit tall (or stand).
Inhale through your nose for 4 counts.
Hold for 4 counts.
Exhale through your mouth for 6 counts (slow).
Repeat 5 times.
The 6-count exhale activates your parasympathetic nervous system — it tells your body it's safe to calm down.
Do this before coffee. Before emails. Before the day catches up with you.
You'll feel the difference.

8 people. One cohort. Starting Sept 22. Spots are filling.
Our 12-week GLP-1 Habit Integration Program is designed small on purpose. Because real change happens in community, not in isolation.
You get:
— Private movement sessions (if you want them)
— Group coaching calls where everyone gets to know each other
— The science of behavior change, taught by someone who's lived it
— A community of people doing the actual work
If you've been thinking about this, don't wait.

Free Download: Strategies to Help You Succeed with GLP-1
If you're on GLP-1, you already know: the medication quiets the food noise.
What you might not know: that's not enough.
The people who feel successful on their GLP-1 journey aren't the ones who just take the medication. They're the ones who use that window of clarity to rebuild how they eat, how they move, and what they expect from their body.
I created a free guide covering the 4 things that actually matter: managing side effects, protein & nutrition strategy, movement that works for your body, and the emotional stuff nobody talks about.
It's called "Strategies to Help You Succeed with GLP-1" — and it's free.

You're starting GLP-1. Great.
Here's what nobody warns you about: the first two weeks are going to feel weird.
Nausea. Constipation. Changes in taste. Maybe some fatigue. Your body is adjusting to a new hormone signal — that's totally normal. But "normal" doesn't mean you know what to do.
I created a practical guide called "Strategies to Help You Succeed with GLP-1" that walks through exactly what to expect: managing side effects, eating when your appetite shifts, building movement that works, and understanding the emotional pieces that come up.
It's free. Download it.

I was 23, working the dinner shift at a restaurant.
A regular customer said something I'll never forget: "Just choose to be happy."
I smiled and poured her coffee. But inside, I was furious. If I could choose happiness, I would. I was trying every day. And I was still stuck.
It took me years to understand what was actually happening: I had an anxiety disorder. I wasn't failing — I was fighting against something I didn't even know was there.
When I finally learned how behavior change actually works — not willpower, but understanding — everything shifted.
That's why I built this practice. Because "just choose" doesn't cut it. Real change starts with clarity, not force.
