My Mother, a Sabra
In the desert's heart, a cactus stands tall,
My mother, a sabra, resilient and strong.
Her thorns, her armor, against life's thrall,
Yet within, a softness, a gentle soul.

Through barren stretches, she'll withstand,
Nurturing life with a steadfast will.
In her shadow, I find my shade,
A haven of comfort, a sheltered space.

We all understand the importance of exercise. Right?
In Noa’s class, “movement and wellness” we add awareness to how we do what we do.
We add queriosity to the ways we do a movements,
We learn the areas to initiate movement from.
When we incorporate these extra ingredients things become easier, less painful, more organic, and we use more of ourselves in an easier and better way.
