Late morning crew was lit! INSANE amount of splats “captured” in addition to those flags during the 8:45 and 10am classes! Partner workouts are my favorite days to coach—and you guys are the reason! Shoutout to anyone who made a new workout friend yesterday! 🚩

🎉This is how you REALLY ring in the New Year! 🎉
Hurry and sign up because there’s only a few spaces left. We’ll be using an Inbody Scanner to give participants their body composition analysis, which yields thorough information pertaining to muscle-fat balance and metabolic needs. (Seriously, this is a REALLY cool tool if you haven’t experienced it already. Last time I used it, I discovered I had significantly more muscle mass on my left/non-dominant side 🧐 ...This made me more conscious of balance in my form when running, rowing, and performing unilateral exercises.)
Winners will be determined by greatest change in body fat percentage between beginning and end pint weigh-ins (no mid-point weigh-in requirement). Anddd even if you have scheduled travel or get sick, you’re covered: 6 out of 8 weeks of workouts is required for eligibility! $25 to sign up, $500 for 1st place male and female, plus tons of prizes worth $$$ for 2nd and 3rd place!!

I finally tried floating in a sensory deprivation pod! Thanks, Hilary Tolisano for the invite! As cool as the colors looked, I chose complete darkness but kept the relaxing music playing. My dad actually tried it out, too, and we both felt like squeaky clean embryonic aliens after!! 👽 The ability to float effortlessly reminded me of what it was like floating in Israel’s Dead Sea.
