We spend a lot of time comparing ourselves. Think about a time when you thought the grass was greener on the other side and come to find out it was not. Love yourself where you are. Realize that many have made a journey to where they are and even if you stepped in the exact same foot steps your path would be different. Because you are different.

We spend a lot of time worried about what others think of us. If you think about it they are probably more worried about what you are thinking of them.... It is such a waste of time.

Stop comparing yourself.....

Sometimes we are too afraid to speak up for ourselves. We say "yes" when we should be saying "no". It is an act of self-love to set boundaries, remember that you have control.

Albert Einstein said "Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new." Take your mistakes and turn them into a lesson. Everyone makes mistakes, forgive yourself and move on.

Remember the path to your goals are very seldom a straight path. The key is to keep moving and learning along the way.

I fell in love with this the moment I saw it and had to share....

It’s important to feel good about yourself. Fill your head with positives. Make a list of your good traits and try to display it where you will see it. It could be openly in view of others or it could be hidden for your eyes only.

Start your day with a smile. Try planting messages around the house reminding you to love yourself. Try putting a a note on the bathroom mirror that says "I love you". Look at yourself in the mirror, smile and say "I love you". Pack yourself notes in your lunch bag. Put a heart in your change purse.

You can incorporate loving yourself into daily goals.

Putting yourself first is hard for most. You have to love yourself enough.
It's time to start loving yourself. Make yourself a new goal. Something small to move in the right direction.

What would be a small step you could take? Get More Sleep? Take time for yourself? Read a book? Take a class?

Make yourself a small goal in the direction of loving yourself more.

I know I warn about not bullying yourself and that is important to remember when you create your "I AM"

Start each day with a positive thought. Before your feet even touch the ground.
I typically start my day talking to myself. I say thank you for being strong and energetic.
Some may call it faking it until you make it.....whatever it takes!!!

Set yourself a small goal to have a conversation with yourself in the morning. NO BULLYING!!! Be kind to yourself.
