Showing up when the alarm goes off too early, when we just want to go home after work, when we’re tired, life feels heavy, we’re not motivated. We show up.

Taking up space with big movement and energy, on sidebar or in the back row, smiling all through class or letting out our feels. We take up space.

Getting out of our comfort zone when the choreo is new, the beat feels too fast, we add just a touch more resistance, trying a new instructor or class time. We grow and we change.

We do it big at Rush - and we want you to do it with us. No experience or perfection necessary 🧡

Friday: outdoor rides at 4 (bikes available), 5 (waitlist), and 6 (a couple bikes left)

Saturday: regular schedule

Sunday: studio closed, cheer zone outside the studio!
