What do you see? 🤔
- you will see the human body, some of the internal structure of organs, bones, brain, veins (blue lines), arteries (red lines), and yellow lines (what are those?), those are your nerves. This image does not show muscles as they are on top of all this blocking the view of these amazing things. ⬇️

- We see a 3D picture of the complex electrical system (simply put that is what a body is inside between the CNS (central nervous system) and ANS (autonomic nervous system) and the connection of all these nerves to muscles and bones. 🧠

Due to the poor cellular service yesterday, we have been unable to check in with our clients and give them an update on our safety and if the gym was affected by hurricane Milton 🌀. This is an update from our end checking in with our clients and community, the gym is fine and sustained no damage, of which we are beyond incredibly grateful and blessed, we are without power so it is likely we will be closed tomorrow. The Ewell Be Fit family is safe along with our two boys Noah and Liam. We extend our hearts and prayers out to all those that were affected by Milton, if there is something we can do to assist you in cleanup and recovery time, if we’re available and possibly have the resources to do so, we will be happy to help. Hang in there Florida, it’s been a crazy couple weeks but we will get through it together!

All those affected with the damages left behind to their homes and businesses, their families in other locations, you have our whole hearts and prayers with you. Whether we know you or not, we are praying for you and like the storm, this too shall pass. Though it is very hard, please try and remember there is a positive side to everything, if your heart is still beating, you have purpose. We are sending all the possible positive vibes your way! 🙏🏻♥️
