Hello everyone! I want to begin by apologizing that I did not give each of you a heads up to why I haven't been running any classes. As many of you know I'm still in the military, with that being said I am currently out of the country. I should be back in and running around February, 2016. I promise, that upon my return I'll be ready and willing to start putting all of us back on our goals. Take care and talk to you all soon.

So true! There are always excuses to why we don't reach our Goals, whether it is in fitness or life itself. We have to look in the mirror and decide that we will make a change!
