👋 I want to celebrate!!!😊😍🥳 And I share this so that others also know what is possible for them - for others to know that you can ⭐️absolutelyyyy heal your body with your MIND only⭐️ should you choose & want that path😊 (that’s a one word explanation of it… with our mind meaning without any food changes/restrictions, creams, drugs/pills, supplements etc etc)

😊No filters in the pic as always*… me going from a cutie patootie(😂😜) with acne stuff on my face… to still a cutie with much improved skin😊. I’m proud of myself and my dedication to positively changing my thought patterns (& so much more mind related)… to bring this about. And cheers to even more changes to come for it🥳

*I never use filters on my pics unless it’s SUPER OBVIOUS… aka hearts or glitter streaming down on the pic😂😁🥳

😊I was committed to using the power of my own incredible mind & body to rebalance my skin because I knew it was possible & was so excited to get to succeed (& hopefully inspire others too) in this “non mainstream way”. I’ve never been one to put extra things in my body, & I knew any steroids, drugs, creams etc would simply be a “band-aid” and not a long term solution for me. Also, I actually tried suuuuuper clean eating for close to a year in 2021 and there was zero, zilch, nada changes😜

😊What made this happen = my commitment + the amazing program/team(and fellow inspiring students*!!) of …and the foundational knowledge & support prior to that with the wonderful . So grateful for you all🤗

*PS It has been SO cool oh my goodness to see my fellow students’ & coaches’ successes!!! Our bodies are INNNNCREDIBLE!!😍 Some of the inspirational successes from my fellow students & coaches include healing from food allergies & sensitivities (aka students can’t eat dairy, gluten etc etc & then can eat any foods they want again with no issues… this is actually potentially the most mind blowing thing for me to have seen because I’d never seen that being possible & actually happening prior)… healing from Lyme disease, edema, anxiety, depression, eczema, mold… & so much more!

😊Why? I LOVE taking care of myself mind, body & soul BECAUSE that gives me the best life… the best health span😍

💪Have you heard of health span vs life span? Health span is feeling great at 85 vs lots of aches and pains and reduced mental capacity.

☀️I’m 37 and feel like I’m 20😊😍 I love it. I’ll be 85, 100 etc and feeling superb😍🙏. I have zero doubt it’s possible for me… and anyone who desires that😊

😊I love(!!) getting to help my clients have a better health span😍 It’s so cool to see - for example - one of my virtual personal training clients who is a grandma ~ 60 years old and another who is ~ 73… both easily playing with their grandkids on the ground and getting up and down easily😍 That’s health span😍… and it’s available to us all should we choose to want it😍😊

🦩Am I working out in this fun, bright dress?🦩

No😜 …but notice the background😉… that’s my permanent home workout space… aka part of my apt living room that always stays workout friendly😍😍 (I love it!!😊)

😎Why am I sharing this? To remind you to make it EASSSSSY😊 No, you don’t have to keep part of your home as a workout area (unless you want to!) ⬇️

😎How can you make fitness a part of your life in an easy way? In addition to my favorite tried and true reminder of *make it fun!! = it being easy*, another thing I do that makes it easy is to wear my workout clothes. AKA I know I want to workout deep down but sometimes I don’t feel like it beforehand, and having my workout clothes on (or partially on) helps me stay motivated and committed to it😊 Putting on a sports bra can be daunting😂😂🤷🏻‍♀️

☀️Your individual fitness journey is the ONLY ONE that matters. Trust what movement feels best for you and remember that you’re the only one doing *your* workout so it doesn’t matter what someone else is doing as they’re not inside your body and don’t know what’s going on in your body or life. You know you best and doing what feels right for you will give you both the best fitness life and fitness success as well as best life for you in ALL areas🤗

🌊Remember that fitness is a lifestyle and not a quick fix… so that means that just like the bananas rainstorm and lightning happened last night here first, there was THEN this absolutely gorgeous sunset(I have so many pics!!😍)… you may have a less ideal, a tired, or weak feeling, or shorter than you wanted workout… but then the next day you’ll probably have one where you feel great again🤗. Fitness isn’t a straight line, and that’s totally normal!

🌊Also! This reminder is perfect and applies to how we feel too! I feel less grounded today… and that happens! I’ll feel more balanced later today probably or tomorrow😊. Be kind to yourself with your fitness and in all areas🥰

✨This feels vulnerable to share, and this post only scratches the surface so far✨

🦋How have I had a consistent fitness lifestyle for over 13 years now? ⬇️

🦋 …my MINDSET and ABILITY to ADAPT is the #1 thing that has kept me succeeding!

🦋For example, I spent about **10 years** running around NYC teaching 8-12 fitness & zumba dance classes a week… and now teach one in person zumba dance class here in FL so far and some virtual fitness & zumba classes… why does this matter?

🦋Because this is a HUUUGE fitness lifestyle / lifestyle in general change for me.
And let me add in first - because honesty matters of course - that sometimes this fitness change feels hard… and so my mindset - aka supportive mindset and self talk make all the difference in helping me succeed!!😍🙏 Back to my biggest example here…

➡️ I semi went on “autopilot” for my fitness routine for TEN YEARS(!!) knowing that I would be moving my body for 8-12 hours a week teaching classes (not to mention all the walking to and from associated with that and easy classes I could take while at gyms too if I wanted)… vs now my fitness routine requires a LOT more thinking and “discipline”.

🦋I’ve been able to navigate this huge life change and fitness lifestyle change because of certain steps and principles that I implemented for myself… I’m so glad I realized in 2022 that the steps I had been taking for my fitness lifestyle were an actual formula and could greatly help others too!!😍🙏 (because I have ALWAYS from a young age loooved helping others… and cheers to the powerful Feel GREAT Fitness Formula program I created last year) Message me if you’d love to learn more about…

⭐️Important part of a consistent fitness routine? SELF CARE and rest as needed!!⬇️

⭐️Consistent rest and listening to your body LETS you best stay consistent with your fitness routine because your body is feeling great and functioning optimally because you’re taking care of it!

⭐️What does that mean? It’s different for everyone as everyone’s body, lifestyle, and fitness goals are different😉! It could mean taking a rest day every week… or extra stretching and foam rolling often… or a massage like I had in this pic yesterday👍
The sun gave me an extra glow🥳

🔥only YOU decide the “rules”!! Workouts can look MANY different ways and have **no rules** (except safe form of course😍)

😂As you can see in my first photo, fitness can look however you want… aka any outfit at all😂 I was wearing a comfy jumpsuit around my apt and then wanted to stay comfy in that to do my workout😁… then changing the jumpsuit into a cute strapless workout outfit as the lightweight long sleeves got too hot😂

😂 So YES… you can wear whatever you want and pick one of many options of how to move your body… from inside a gym and with weights (2nd photo)… to different outdoor walks (3rd & 4th photo)… to extra adorable fitness with an animal!!!😍 (next one)… to virtual classes (last one)… and⬇️

….so many more!! There’s sports, tons of dance styles, different workout class formats… and soooo much more!!

⭐️You can workout in loose workout clothes, or tight, or my silly outfit😂… or nothing at all if you’re at home😂🤷🏻‍♀️

💪Having other options for the same workout is important since curveballs happen!!

➡️ If you travel and want to workout —- or are working out anywhere not in your home (gym etc), this solution will save you😍🥳

⭐️One very common “problem” is that in a busy place the weights you want to use aren’t available! Maybe there’s only one weight you want available or simply no weights available that you wanted (eg you want two 5 pound weights and there’s only one 5 or zerooo 5s). Here’s the solution🥳⬇️

🔥You can do many of the same exercises with just one weight, and here’s some examples! ⬇️

⭐️For example, if you usually do a triceps skullcrushers exercise with two 5lb weights, you can instead hold one 10lb weight with both hands and work your muscles great that way!🥳

⭐️Lower body? Grab a heavier weight to hold with both hands at your chest for squats or lunges instead of holding two of them

⭐️Do bicep curls or shoulder presses with both hands holding one weight

⭐️Why is strength training important? (aka weight lifting, resistance training… so many names for it😜)

⭐️One(of many!) reasons = you’ll build stronger bones💪… and here’s why that’s important ⬇️

👀Did you know that many people start losing about 1% of their bone mass PER YEAR after the age of 40?

💪Stressing your bones (when you’re doing it in a healthy way through strength training😍!) will help boost your bone density and cut the risk of osteoporosis and fractures when you get older😍

⭐️So let’s do it!!!😍😍🥳 I know you’re busy so here’s a 10 minute strength training workout to support you😍😍 ⬇️

🥳1 minute each:
*jumping jacks (listen to your body of course and add a longer warmup if needed, simply do the exercises 2x vs 3x if you warm up longer)
🥳Repeat these three below 3x through:
*bridges with a chest press
*squat to shoulder press
*alternating reverse lunges with bicep curls
*listen to your body and stretch as needed

⭐️Why is it so hard to GET STARTED when it comes to fitness?

✅Step 1: Figure out what (if anything) is stopping you!
✅Step 2: Stop letting it stop you😉⬇️

😜Yes, I know that sounds too simple… but let me break it down for you⬇️

⭐️There are lots of reasons that roadblocks can pop up between you and your goals:

*Fear
*Lack of knowledge
*Social or relationship pressures
*Imposter syndrome (thinking the goal is for other people – not you)
*Inertia

⭐️It can really help to spend time thinking about what is TRULY stopping you. You can try journaling or talking it out with a friend or coach…

…and then figuring out how to blast through the roadblock!!😍 Maybe it's doing some research, standing up to that fear, or realizing that you DO deserve it🤗

⭐️The real key is TAKING ACTION anyway!

⭐️Do JUST ONE THING - T O D A Y - that will help you reach your goal!! -

*Go for a walk🚶‍♀️
*Take a workout class online or in person🏋️‍♀️
*Make a meal choice that helps fuel you for your workout 🍎
*Go to bed early so you have great energy for your next workout 🛌
*Choose hydrating water instead of soda 💦

⭐️And just keep taking action!!! Over time it will get easier as your fitness confidence builds and you start feeling more energized and joyful🤗
