Strong, confident, and unstoppable πͺβ¨
Training with weights, resistance bands, and your own bodyweight is one of the BEST things you can do as a woman 40+.
π₯ It helps maintain muscle mass (which naturally declines with age)
π₯ Boosts metabolism and supports healthy weight management
π₯ Strengthens bones and reduces injury risk
π₯ Improves posture, balance, and everyday energy
π₯ Builds confidence from the inside out
You donβt need to train harder β just smarter. Consistency, good form, and a mix of resistance training styles make all the difference.
Itβs never too late to feel strong in your body. Start where you are and keep going. Your future self will thank you π

Being part of the Opening Ceremony of the Olympic Games here in Milan was more than just an experience β it was a reminder of why I do what I do. β¨
Standing behind the scenes as a volunteer during both the general rehearsal and the live ceremony, I had the honor of supporting athletes in one of the most emotional moments of their lives. Seeing the Olympic rings shine, feeling the energy of the stadium, and hearing Andrea Bocelli perform live was simply unforgettable.
As a coach, moments like this reinforce my belief that greatness is built long before the spotlight β in the quiet hours, the discipline, the resilience, and the commitment. Being there to help athletes, even in a small way, was deeply meaningful and inspiring.
This experience will stay with me forever and continue to fuel my passion for helping others reach their own version of excellence. Dreams are real. Dedication makes them possible. πͺ

Today was rehearsal day for the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 opening ceremony ποΈπ₯
Standing here as an Olympic volunteer, just 2 days before the opening ceremony, feels surreal.
As a personal coach, I spend my days helping others believe in their strength, their discipline, and their dreams. Being part of the Olympic Games β even behind the scenes β is a powerful reminder that dreams really do come full circle.
This moment is incredibly special to me. From carrying the Olympic flame years ago to now supporting the Games from the inside β my heart is full of gratitude, pride, and excitement.
What an honor to be part of something so much bigger than myself π€

π₯ Strength Training β smarter, not heavier π₯
Whether TRX, bodyweight, or dumbbells β effective strength training doesnβt require a crowded gym, but proper technique, control, and focus.
π‘ Why I love this combination:
βοΈ TRX challenges your core & stability
βοΈ Bodyweight training = functional, anytime & anywhere
βοΈ Dumbbells allow targeted strength & progression
β¨ 3 tips for your next workout:
1οΈβ£ Quality over weight β perfect form beats everything
2οΈβ£ Stay engaged β keep your core active at all times
3οΈβ£ Be consistent β small steps lead to big results
π Motivation:
Youβre not training just for your body, but for strength, confidence & energy in everyday life.

β¨ Hello 2026. β¨
This year, Iβm choosing belief over doubt.
Strength over fear.
Consistency over excuses.
Fitness is not about changing how you look β
itβs about changing how you feel, how you show up for yourself, and how you trust your own strength.
Every workout is a promise.
Every small step matters.
And every day is a new chance to choose yourself again.
If youβre starting this year unsure, tired, or scared β
youβre still strong enough to begin.
Letβs make 2026 the year we stop waitingβ¦
and start becoming. π«πͺ

First marathon ever β and it had to be New York! π½β¨
Running through all five boroughs, carried by the energy of the crowds, was absolutely unforgettable. Every cheer, every βyou got this!β made those 26.2 miles possible. Crossing that finish line felt like a dream come true. π«
So proud to have done it with Team for Kids, running for a cause bigger than myself β giving kids the chance to experience the joy of sports. π
New York, youβll always have my heart. β€οΈ And of course, I will do it again πππ½π₯³

πββοΈ New York City Marathon 2025 β more than just a race!
Over 50,000 runners from all around the world take on this legendary course through all five boroughs of NYC. π
Itβs an event full of energy, emotion, and pure running passion β where endurance meets mental strength. πͺ
π₯ Race Day Tips for Your Best Marathon:
1οΈβ£ Start slow β the first bridge is tough, so save your energy.
2οΈβ£ Fuel and hydrate consistently β gels and water even when you feel strong.
3οΈβ£ Break it down mentally β run from bridge to bridge, not 26.2 miles at once.
4οΈβ£ Soak in the atmosphere! The crowds in Brooklyn and Central Park will carry you to the finish line. π½
Train smart, stay strong, and run with heart. π
