This training welcomes dedicated practitioners who are drawn toward deeper inquiry, anatomical understanding, and embodied learning. While teaching applications are present, the material is also explored through self-practice, peer learning, and reflection. Many participants find this training brings clarity and maturity to their relationship with practice—whether or not they choose to teach.
This program works well for continuing education and advanced credentialing. The modules emphasize applied learning, integration, and long-term teaching intelligence—supporting teachers who are expanding their depth, scope, and sense of responsibility in their work.
Overview:
Building on the awareness developed in Module One, Module Two focuses on learning how to observe and organize movement with clarity. Rather than treating the spine and breath as separate subjects, this module explores how they work together to shape the structure, rhythm, and direction of practice.
Students participating in this module—whether deepening personal practice, learning alongside peers, or teaching—begin to understand how thoughtful design supports steadiness, continuity, and ease over time. The emphasis is not on creating elaborate sequences, but on learning how practices are built, how they progress, and how they unfold with intention rather than urgency.
This module invites participants to shift from asking "What is happening?" to asking:
How is this practice being constructed—and where is it leading?

Aw, look at back in the day at The BE Athletic. We've brought Loaded Yoga back, in hot and not-hot formats, so you can add a bit more to every movement. How much more? Well, today we got more dumbbells, so you can pick your ☠️ from 3 lb to 10 lb pairs. If you feel like turning the dial up a bit, come in Tuesdays and Thursdays at Noon with Jessica Mihm and Jeremy Lorenz, or M-T-W-F at 4:00pm for 🔥 with Holly Joy, Abby Goodwin, Jeremy, and Makenna Caskey.
