Don't overthink a routine.
You don't need a 2 hour workout, cold plunge, sauna, 60 minute journal, 30 minute read...
You (and your nervous system) need some daily anchors.
Structure, safety, as you go after exposing yourself to the things you know you need but have to convince your body of.
It can be as simple as:
🔹 Pick 3 daily anchors: same wake-up time, short movement window, and wind-down ritual
🔹 Stack it — get your walk in while you listen to an audio book. Do breathwork in between sets at the gym. Write a book while you cold plunge.
🔹 Start micro — one consistent habit until its mindless
What's your routine?
How do you prepare for the next day?

Just a couple steps sets the rest of the day in motion.
But don't overthink it.
First, if you want my content scheduler I use every morning, comment "STUPER" to get it free.
⏰ You don't need to manipulate time to be more efficient and effective.
In my lil' ol' opinion, I think mornings should be inspiring and you should be excited to wake up for the things you do first thing.
đź’ So my go to right now is:
1. Listen to some money abundance audio and do some breathwork while I do.
2. Make coffee and clean while it steeps (5 min)
3. Read a business related book on the terrace for (25 minutes)
4. Write
5. Move my body for the length of a song, stretch, dance, shake, punch the air.
🔥 Then I am straight to work.
You don't need to do 2 hours of s**t... unless that's what your lifestyle requires. You know you. Just being honest with yourself and your abilities.
But be realistic, starting your day failing at the insane routine you stole from some bro marketer millionaire isn't going to make you a hundred-aire.
DM me 'STUPER' for my stupid scheduler I use every single day to keep my content creative and organized... it isn't fancy, so don't expect it to be.
Don't just be a dirty ho**er.
Have some substance.
If you want a freebie on how to use storytelling in your content, comment "SST" and I'll send it to you.
If you want to build a brand that doesn't destroy you, build systems that allow your creativity to be sustainable and not forced.
In the Mindful Creator Program we:
1. Build the mindset and nervous system alongside your brand
2. Create a Clarity Roadmap on your Intent, who you help and the steps it takes for them to get to the dream outcome.
3. This creates the basis of your content (Type, Style, Format, and Core Message)
4. Then we automate and focus on this.
5. You have 24/7 access to me, I help you script, provide you with my MCC program and all the trainings and template.
I am proud of the program and what it has done for my clients and my business.
If you want to get in, comment or DM me 'MCC' to book the call.
If you're just starting a business, trying to scale using social media, or are in a rough patch, I get it.
The only thing that will carry you through is taking on step at a time and solely focusing on that.
Who's in your corner? If no one, get support. Hire a coach, join a team, a community or make it.
Have the destination as a goal but don't obsess with it. If you don't take you eyes off it and occasionally look down, the quality of the journey and everything leading to that point will be lost.
This isn't a 'get rich quick' model anymore. You have to be good, be consistent and have resilience. Or you're cooked.
If you are missing any of these and need clarity, support and structure...
Comment MCC to apply for my 1:1 Intensive.
Views, Likes and Follows are popularity metrics.
They are secondary.
But it's what we obsess over.
The real metrics you should be concerned with are the connection metrics if you help people solve a problem.
Comments, DMs, Shares, Reposts.
Are people talking? If not, you're content isn't thought provoking enough. You're likely saying the same s**t they hear all day.
Are people feeling inspired? If not, you aren't sharing your story in a relatable way... if at all.
Do they want to share it with their community? If not, you don't have a strong enough stance.
Find your voice and use it already.
Do you use a schedule, structure or system for your creative process?
I believe this is what is the starting point to set yourself a part from a fun litttle hobby to an online business.
👉🏻 Comment 'MCC' below if you want access to all the systems and structures so you can focus on creating the things you love while the systems work for you.
Would 'lil you be proud of where you are today?
If so, bask in the glory.
If not, you still have time.

Productive comparison takes effort, awareness and the ability to be honest with yourself.
You also need to be able to be kind to yourself during the process.
This is an area I learned the hard way from years of unhealthy self-deprecation (I also believe in healthy, playful self-deprecation). Self respect, self love and self care will allow you to expand and become the best version of you... but self honesty and reflection will make you grow and become more resilient.
I promise you, set a clock for one hour and do it.
Make a folder for B-Roll then make sub folders for what kind.
I also have a folder for my raw and finished clips, the finished clips has sub folders for types too.
After that one hour of set up, everything changes.
Quit making your life a nightmare.

Box breathing, 478, Coherent Breathing, Resonance, 2141… whatever cycle you want to follow.
All the same result.
You’re practicing mindfulness.
You’re slowing your breath rate consciously, breathing fuller and this will obviously positively affect your state.
So choose one, choose all, but don’t worry about a specific number. But these are a bandaid approach or great supplement to proper breath program.
You can use the breath to change your state in the other direction, increase energy, focus, go deeper into your psyche with other practices beyond this.
You can also affect your physiology and biochemistry through intentional progressive breath programming geared towards your ability which will have longer lasting change…
Acute breath patterns like the ones above are ok at temporarily calming you, but if you don’t address your baseline needs it’s simply a bandaid and you’ll end up in the same state shortly after.
You want to impact your baseline, so you don’t need to rely on bandaids that eventually stop working. Once you build the baseline, these practices are super impactful to bring you back to presence.
Grab my Assess the Breath Course and learn all these tools, plus specific breath practices you can immediately start to implement and how to program them into your life.
