This SolSeed Saturday we did a little something different. We stretched our meridians and did a 15 min anti-stress breathing technique. I hope everyone left relaxed and with energy flowingggg

just returned from an anti-stress wellness retreat and is so excited to incorporate the techniques she learned into this Saturday's practice ✨

This will be an all-levels flow on the gentler side with a 20min anti-stress breathwork technique at the end. This technique will help regulate your nervous system and you should leave Saturday's flow completely relaxed 😎
