Master Bill Ferkile has been teaching children and adult Taekwondo classes at Shore Acres Recreational Center and Walter Fuller Recreational Center in St. Classes for children and adults at Shore Acres are: Tues, Thurs & Friday. Classes for Children at Walter Fuller are: Mon. & Weds.

Wow what a great day!! We had three compete today at the AAU National Team Trials in Iowa! All three made AAU Traditions forms team members. Some intense moments and down to the very last match to win for some.
Congrats to Ben,Mayah, Habin and Coach Caitlin for an outstanding performance. The hard work has paid off!

2026 AAU National in the books! What a stellar performance from all our 17 National athletes!
Our hard training and dedication has paid off with an amazing 24 🥇 8 🥈 and 3🥉.
On top of all that we were able to qualify Ben, Mayah, Mark and Habin for AAU Team Trial the end of July in Iowa.
As if that was not enough our own Caitlin received national recognition as "Upcoming Coach of the Year" and "Elite Coach of the Year".
So proud of our entire team and parents that came and supported us.
