Hello friends! A wonderful yoga teacher friend in Kansas City is starting to offer virtual chair yoga classes online on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 10:00am. INNERMOST KNOWING, MYSTIC TRUTHS

True knowledge is not found in facts and figures in scholarly books on library shelves. Rather, Gnosis points to the deep and timeless archetypal wisdom that rises from the felt experience of having touched the unknown with every one of the senses. Shedding Skins

Something within me has been outgrown. The time has come to shed an old skin, uncovering my next incarnation. At times transformation can feel blissful, as if I am dissolving in the chrysalis of metamorphosis curiously awaiting the emergence of a beautiful new reality. Sometimes the wave of change comes so strong and fierce that it literally feels like death. As if a part of me is painfully disintegrating and I have no choice but to surrender and let go of who I thought I was in order to meet the next evolution of myself that is calling to be birthed.
