We will NOT be at Ste. Gen football field tomorrow. I repeat will NOT!!

It will be business as usual at challenger field tomorrow 9/10. Sorry for any confusion!!

F3 La Croix will be meeting at the Ste. Genevieve High School football field this Thursday, September 10th. Same start time (5am sharp) just a different location. This is only for this Thursday. We will go right back to business as usual at Challenger field next week. As always, if you haven’t tried F3 yet, come on out we’d love to have you!

The running group is running at Lake Forest tomorrow! If you’re up for a run in the am come on out. 5am at the multipurpose building at Lake Forest. All men of all running levels are welcome! You can even come and walk if you like. The run will be over at approximately 545am then there’s coffee and conversation after! All you need are running shoes! Well, shorts too probably. And maybe a shirt. 😀

One of our original leaders running the show today at the Friday running group! Our age range is 16-69, some walked, some ran 2 miles and some ran 5. We don’t compete against each other, we compete with each other.
