September 11 | We Remember

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the firefighters, first responders, law enforcement officers, military members, and everyday citizens who demonstrated extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

As an event dedicated to supporting the Salado Volunteer Fire Department, this day carries special meaning for us. We are reminded of the commitment first responders make every time they answer the call—running toward danger to help people they may have never met.

May we never forget those who did not come home, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the heroes who served that day and in the difficult days that followed.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.
