Camp Firefly. October 23 to 25 at Wildcatter Ranch in Graham, Texas.

Everything you loved about summer camp, except the food is incredible, the beds are real, and there is a spa.

Scavenger hunt. Campfire and s'mores every single evening. Longhorns who are genuinely friendly. 600 acres to wander, or a pool chair and a good book. Both completely valid.

With a small class size capped at 8 students, this offering ensures everyone feels seen, supported, and encouraged. We’ll explore mindful movement using props, chairs, and floor-based practices as needed—sometimes standing, sometimes seated, and sometimes never leaving the mat. 💜

Hey Salado!! If you've ever left a yoga class feeling like everyone else knew something you didn't … this is for you.

The Foundations Series is an 8-week enrolled program at Firefly Salado, and it's designed for exactly two kinds of people: those who have never tried yoga and want to start with confidence, and those who have been practicing for a while and are ready to actually understand what they're doing.

Here's the thing about yoga that's different from most fitness … just showing up and moving your body is great, but it's not the whole picture. The breath, the alignment, the why behind every pose … that's where the magic lives. When your foundations are solid, your whole practice opens up in a way that's hard to explain until you've felt it.

Two options to fit your schedule:

📅 Tuesdays 8:30–9:30am · begins June 23

📅 Wednesdays 6:00–7:00pm · begins June 24
