Come take a class with Destiny who is a human ray of sunshine 💛☀️ (if you know, you know!) and prepare to be surprised with what you can do on an aerial lyra (YES, YOU! 😉) all skills are taught low to the ground, with safety mats in place, and with proper progressions as students advance in their aerial practice

Ages 6+

Give your kid(s) an evening to be with friends exploring their creativity in the air while you enjoy an evening to yourself! Our Aerial + A Movie night combines an hour of aerial instruction with a cozy movie night experience. After a through group warm up, students will learn beginner-friendly aerial skills, and/or explore their favorite fabric skills safely. Afterward, we will watch the Greatest Showman in true circus fashion!

What’s Included:
Aerial arts instruction
Supervised open play
Kid-friendly movie screening
Popcorn, fresh fruit, and lemonade*
Safe, fun environment
*Please alert us via text if your student has any food allergies*

What to bring:
A water bottle
A positive attitude
Proper dress code attire for aerial
Your kids favorite pillow, stuffy, etc.

Drop the kids off and enjoy a well-deserved night out while the kiddos make unforgettable memories.

Experience yoga from a new perspective. Using an aerial hammock suspended from the ceiling, we will explore traditional yoga poses, and basic guided inversions. Together, we will build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The hammock provides support while helping decompress the spine, improve mobility, and deepen stretches in a low-impact way. Expect a combination of breathwork, core strengthening, playful movement, and relaxation in the air.

No prior aerial or yoga experience is required. Arrive in comfortable clothing that covers the backs of the knees and underarms to prevent fabric burns.

Kim received her aerial yoga teacher training from Soulaira Aerial Yoga with guidance from Jennifer Livengood and Jessica Baker. She is looking forward to creating a space where people can connect inward, explore neuromuscular pathways, and foster an environment of self-care/community connection.
