55deg water and 49deg temp to start the day off right. Been doing these for over a week now and I can honestly say that I feel so much better physically. The mental part is getting there but that will always be a work in progress. One of the best things I could have started.

We will 3 stations and 1 bonus station! Bench and squat will be based on bodyweight for max reps. Deadlift is a set weight for me and for women! Bonus station is max pull ups!
