Our Roanoke Location has Middle School Speed & Strength sessions Monday-Thursday all summer long!
Majority of the game is played in 15 yards.
Within that 15 can you get up, get down and get back out?
Max Velo speed training 1x/week at minimum.
Depending on performance circuit 0-25% of body weight 3x30 yards. Full recovery b/t sets and let it rip.
This middle school group is getting after it!
We truly believe in not force feeding barbells or any other lift for that matter. There are many ways to teach these kids how to express some force and get that body extended.
In a typical week you will see these kids skip, hop , sprint maximally, jump, push, pull and throw some medballs around.
