Meet Tim DiFrancesco — coach, clinician, founder.

After six seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, working with superstars and everyday people alike, Tim chose something bigger. He left the NBA behind to build something rooted in community and care.
It started simply. In middle school he and his brother talked about creating a place “where athletes and humans of all levels can learn to prepare for their sport or rehab to get back to their life.”

That dream became TD Athletes Edge. Every day we walk into the gym with one goal: help people move, recover, and live better. Because for Tim, no one is more satisfying to work with than somebody just starting their journey. He once said, “I don’t get any more or less satisfaction from working with Kobe Bryant than with somebody retired from work who’s walking into a gym for the first time.”
