These warriors right here took on Murph today (it was kind of surprise). Of the 5 classes today, this was the only class that did the entire workout! One had a huge PR! Yay ! One ran both miles for the first time. Woohoo ! And three of them did it for the first time and all finished under an hour. You ladies did amazing! Everyone was encouraging each other and pushing each other to finish! So proud of you all. Shout out to who did the workout partially with a 10 Lb weighted vest earlier today and to for finishing with the fastest time of 37:48. Great job to all that participated!

Motivation Monday! Juliana crushed the pandemic by being consistent with working out and cleaning up her nutrition. She works out 4 days a week and even when the gym closed in March and we went to remote classes online, she stuck with her workouts. She ended losing 15 pounds and 12.5 inches! Woo hoo! The key to any goals you may have is consistency and patience. It takes time. Yay Juliana!Youโ€™re doing awesome! Now if I could get you to enjoy running. ๐Ÿคฃ .siqueira.martins

Yesterday our Crossroads Community ran our first Virtual 5k! For the month of April we had a mileage challenge to walk or run 26.2, 50 or 100 miles over the course of 30 days. The goal was to just move more. We kept a sheet and logged our miles and to finish off the challenge we ran/walked a 5k. Everyone did awesome!

Since we couldnโ€™t actually be together, I had everyone take a picture after the 5k and compiled all of them together.

Hereโ€™s Bob. Bob lost 20lbs and kicks ass in the gym. Bob took that 20lbs and added it to his Back Squat and had a PR of 255! Bob didnโ€™t make excuses he kept putting in the work and the outcome is he is fitter, stronger and leaner. Be more like Bob!

So proud of you Bob! You are doing an awesome job! Keep crushing it! ๐Ÿ’œ
