We have finished arranging the equipment and it’s a much better set up. ALL leg equipment down stairs is now in the group room soon to be renamed

And all upper body equipment is in the Cave

We have some new pieces and want to hear your thoughts on the layout. Thank you all for being a huge part of the flex family!

If you have goals we have trainers to help get you there… if it’s gaining muscle, getting summer ready, competing, or just being more functional in your day to day life.

We have an amazing group of trainers that can layout a plan and push you to achieve your goals!
