My last day training, for a little while, is June 25th. It’s bittersweet. As much as I will miss it I’m super excited, along with Chad, for what’s to come. 👶🏻 Being in my third trimester has had its ups and downs, as many of you know, but through it all exercise has still been a part of my routine. It’s a MUST guys! Keep 🆙 the routine and I will be back soon! 💪🏻

Another amazing client who shows up with a smile every morning session, even though it’s still dark out, and puts her all into every single move. Her hard work is paying off in huge ways and I’m so proud of her! Her posture alone is something to talk about. 💪🏻:)

In less than a month (Dec 22 to today) this girl has kicked some serious b***y and gained amazing results. Her eating has improved and she leaves each training session feeling accomplished. So proud of all her hard work. 💪🏻:)

This lady has been coming three times a week, early AM sessions, and is showing massive improvements all around. She has gained so much strength and has built up so much more endurance in the short amount of time she’s been seeing me. She is killing it! Even her change in posture and confidence in this last picture is showing! 💪🏻🙂 keep it up!!

This is one of my clients who shows up every session with a smile on her face ready to kick some butt. With an extremely busy schedule 7 days a week she still puts in the effort and time to prioritize her health. She’s been gaining muscle, building endurance, and toning up every week since she started again after quarantine. She is a badass inside and out! Keep slaying it 💪🏻🙂
