📣 I know a lot of talented athletes that if they actually trained and didn't do the fancy gimmick crap, they would actually dominate on a much higher level.

But those Sports Specific buzz words suck people in. 😕

I focus on results. They always tell the truth.🥇🥇

You see, the truth is this:

- Basics attract NOTHING on the internet because the uneducated believe basics are Easy 😐

- Crazy BS Circus exercise S**t makes the uneducated think it is something SPECIAL 🤡

- The MOST important thing in sport is Sports Skill & the Ability to BELIEVE in your preparation, aka Unwavering Confidence 🏆

I do NOT train "the majority" & don’t want to appeal to the clown club

- 6 or 7% of high school athletes compete in college, and maybe 2 out of 10 compete at the D1 Level

"Simple things done savagely well"

Both quotes I heard from and ⚔️⚔️⚔️

They are applicable for Sports Performance AND Rudy referenced this to war fighting tactics.

I'm not interested in the circus tricks & lying to people with empty promises.

As his time here sadly comes to a close I could not be happier for and more proud of He is finishing up his last week before moving to CA to take an internship with Stanford Football.

He will be missed here badly but is the opportunity of a lifetime and he has my 100% support!!

The once standout athlete in the gym here became and intern and then an amazing employee and now an opportunity to take his career to amazing heights!

Tyler has not only been an amazing role model to the athletes he trains here in the gym but also to my children and I’m forever thankful for his time here!!

and .price2019 you guys better not move out of town so I can make sure he at least comes back to visit!

Please give all the FTS Love he deserves!!!

Watching one of the most humble kids I've ever met get to sign to play college baseball was an amazing experience. .stinnett is just the best type of kid you could ask for in the gym and I have a feeling we are going to watch him shock some people at the next level! We are very proud of you and are so excited to send off a great representation of Forshey Training Systems to an amazing institution and baseball squad!

Continues to be one of my favorite things to be a part of! I love watching these kids close one chapter of their life and have the opportunity to continue to do what they love in the next chapter. we are so proud of you for everything you have already done and can't wait to see what you do in the future! An amazing young woman following her dreams!

Thank you to everyone who made it out for our FTS Taco Party! It was a night filled with good food, fun games, and lots of smiles! 🌮😃

So I don’t normally like to do this because I like when kids have to actively fundraise but after being approached and asked to share it looks like there isn’t much time for fundraising!

Please share and help if you can what an awesome experience it would be for these guys to travel and play baseball with all of their buddies!
