Open mat was a family day for our Impact Salem-Keizer community. People who have been training for decades together, actual families, and people who feel like family the minute they get their grips on your collar for the first time. We rolled hard, sweated hard, and rewarded hard work.
There are many who hustle and dig deep yet did not get recognized today-- the coaches see you and your teammates appreciate you. Your time is coming.

We went hard and showed our grit in every match. Here's a glimpse into the awesome time Impact Salem -Keizer had at Subleage May 2026. Our team showed up on the mats, on the sidelines, as coaches, water-fetchers and clock watchers. We love this team!

Our Ladies train co-ed, compete nationally, cross-train other combat sports, AND they get to have their own classes. **LUCKY!**
Ladies classes are an easy place for new women to join our squad and a fun option to bring our gals together.
