One of the things I love most about our local disc golf community is getting to watch people chase big dreams.
A huge congratulations to Bryan Van Fleet on earning the opportunity to compete at the prestigious Ledgestone Tournament! I’ve known of Bryan since our high school days (that was a while ago!), but I’ve really gotten to know him through disc golf. He’s worked incredibly hard, and it’s exciting to see him represent our community on one of the sport’s biggest stages.
Bryan is hosting a doubles fundraiser tournament to help with his journey. If you can make it, please consider signing up and showing your support!
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attend because it’s Tara’s birthday, and she requested the entire day to celebrate however she wants. 😊 But I still wanted to find a way to help.
Starting today and continuing to Bryan’s fundraiser tournament, Tiger Discs will donate $1 from every new stock disc sold directly to Bryan to help support his trip.
The timing couldn’t be better—we just received a bunch of fresh new discs, so if you’ve been thinking about picking something up, you’ll be helping a fellow local player chase an incredible opportunity.
Good luck, Bryan! We’re all cheering you on and can’t wait to see you compete at Ledgestone. Go make Salem proud! 🥏💪

Something special has been happening lately.
The shop has been buzzing—not just with people coming through the door, but with kindness, encouragement, and conversations that remind me why I love what I do.
I’ve lived in this community my whole life, and every day I’m grateful that I get to share this sport and this space with all of you.
Thank you for every visit, every story, every laugh, every handshake, and every word of encouragement. You probably don’t realize how much your positive energy means, but it carries farther than you know.
Whether you need a new disc, a little advice, or just want to stop in and talk disc golf, the door is always open.
Come by. Leave some positive energy… or take some with you.
Here’s to another great day in Salem.

What an incredible day at the MVP Circuit Challenge at Camp Taloali! 🥏🔥
This tournament had a little bit of everything.
Just as players were heading to their tee pads, the worldwide UDisc outage during the Paul McBeth Foundation's Throw For More event hit. While scores couldn't be logged online, it didn't stop the fun or the competition for a second.
A huge thank you to Andrew Gurry, Camp Taloali's Course Ambassador, for all of his hard work helping make this event a success. I truly appreciate everything you do for the course and our local disc golf community.
I'm also incredibly proud that we offered both a Women's division and MPO division. Every division matters, and it was great seeing everyone out there competing.
The custom trophies by Matt Coll turned out absolutely amazing!
Photography by Quinn Carbery, amazing job!
🏆 Congratulations to our winners:
🥇 Women's Champion – Adrianne Youmans
🥉 Men's 3rd Place – Weston Lambert
The battle for first was something special. Patrick Erikson and Jacob Severson finished tied, forcing a sudden-death playoff that wasn't decided until the 7th playoff hole! Jacob ultimately claimed the victory after one of the most exciting finishes I've seen at a local tournament.
Congratulations to Adrianne, Jacob, Patrick, Weston, and every player who came out to compete. Your sportsmanship and passion made this an unforgettable event.
Our next event is just around the corner!

Happy Forth of July!
We will be open today from 10am-4pm today.
We will be closing early today as we will be celebrating with friends and family.
Come on by, chat discs, give “Honey the shop dog” a tummy rub or work on your putting (Honey enjoys this more than tummy rubs).
Be safe and we hope you have a great day!

Quinn keeps hitting Aces and Dale hit one too. Big props to Dale that declined receiving the money and all went to this young man! Congratulations!

Charity Doubles at Camp Taloali
We’re doing something special this August 1st!
Tiger Discs is hosting a Charity Doubles Tournament to help raise funds for the Camp Taloali Bridge Improvement Project — and we’re inviting the entire disc golf community to be part of it.
That bridge might not seem like much at first glance, a casual drive as you enter
but if you’ve played Camp Taloali, you know it’s part of the experience of the course and the community around it.
So we’re coming together the best way disc golfers know how:
👉 throwing discs
👉 having fun with friends
👉 and giving back to a course we love
