Join our next 4 week adult Intro to Jiu-Jitsu Course that launches in October!

This course is designed to introduce the basics of Jiu-Jitsu to new student, help new students make connections, and see if Jiu-Jitsu is something you want to pursue.

Intro to Jiu-Jitsu classes are on Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:50pm-8:35pm for 4 weeks.

After the first 4 weeks, you will transition to the Beginning program with class options on the schedule.
