Instructor intros….
Say hello to Trishten Poff. She’s in her own category 👑 and created a whole new offering for us with her signature THL Board class. She’s all heart, absolutely obsessed with delivering an incredible class, and a very talented curator of experience. Catch her on Tuesdays at 6pm and Sundays at 1030am and pssst sign up early.
She also teaches a strong hot power flow Thursdays at 6pm at Common People Yoga 🔥

We asked her, What do you want students to know about Board class?
“THL Board was born from my own journey of recovering from years of accumulated injuries. It’s inspired by my experiences as both a yoga student and instructor, along with physical therapy, Lagree, mobility training, and the energy and structure I love in a group movement class. My goal is to help you build a body that feels stronger, more resilient, and capable in everyday life.”

How would you describe class in 1–2 words?
“Adaptive Strength - creating stability and mobility through movement that translates into everyday life.”

Favorite activity outside of the studio?
“Creating flow in the kitchen. I love taking a Chopped-style approach to turning whatever ingredients I have into a warm, comforting meal.”
