Still so in awe of the impact you all had on my heart. Grateful for the last 8 months we have shared together.
This weekend wrapped up our Roots of Practice series at Resonance Yoga Collective. An opportunity Chantal Barton Yoga and I created to spend eight months diving deeper into the practice of yoga - asana, meditation, pranayama, the Sutras, the Gita, the Upanishads, the subtle body and more.
Ironically when I sought out teacher training 16 years ago, I had absolutely no intention to teach - I just wanted to know more about this practice I had fallen in love with. But the only opportunity for diving deeper at that time, was a teacher training. And in many ways, that remains the case today. We wanted to create something that wasn’t a teacher training. Purely an opportunity to deepen practice as students.
I’m so full of gratitude for this incredible community, and this group of humans who wanted to go deeper together. Thanks you for trusting us to facilitate this journey. May the discussions and the inquiries continue to ripple out into our lives and our communities. 🙏🏼
