Hey durable members! The gym has full power and lots of plug ins. If any of you need to go into charge phones, laptops or just cool off please use the gym. If any of our members need help or assistance please reach out! Myself and others are here for you. Contact Scott at 7858265940 if you need anything. Tomorrow I’m at the gym from 545am-1230pm and 215 and 6pm. If you’re from Salina and need a cool place to come tomorrow for a bit stop by and workout on me during these times.

Yes the gym is open, we have power and the storm somehow didn’t do any damage to our space last night!

As a way to say thank you to those that have stuck with us through the last 45 days and the issues with the mall we want to say thank you, 2 for 25.00 any shirts or tanks that are In stock. Also anybody In the gym who buys a bundle of knee sleeves and wrist wraps can pick a free tshirt or tank top. We will be reloading for mid July with new items, designs and colors!

Our new combo rack installed today with the rogue competition Thompson fat pad! 3 more racks coming in the next 2 months.

The gym is good to go, only a few drops here and there. Hallway is dry. Gym is open and good to go!

We are doing a re opening if you will after the damage to the business we endured last month with the gym, but we are back open and soon to be closing on a new location! We also have recieved a huge stock of our flagship products the 7mm comp knee sleeves and the 12 and 24 “ heavy duty wrist wraps! Both products were designed and tested in house by someone has been competing for over 30 years! Sizes medium through 5xl in sleeves and 12” and 24” length wrist wraps!

Really cool products made by our very own Bob Novotny! Get yours at the gym. Funnel fits all water bottles and the scooper makes it easy to get to the powders at the bottom!

We have a few bottles of Mr wizard, the new Dr warlock-high stem big brother of Mr wizard, creatine, protein and smelling salts. Stop by and grab some! Will be restocking regularly again.

Quick update! The gym is still open, we don’t plan to shut down again unless they lock the mall down, we are working on permanent solutions and hope to have something locked down a long term plan soon! The cardio room and equipment was pretty much ruined, not happy about that but the Cybex bikes are good to go we will try to make room to have them somewhere useable soon! Where are we headed. Sooner than later a bigger space with more equipment and an expanded cardio area as well. Retail store with more supplements, apparel and lifting accessories. To those that have stuck with us thank you so much, it’s been a rough months but we’ll be headed In a much better direction soon!

Ok guys it’s day one and I have already unloaded weights that were left while I wasn’t here off the glute bridge, hack squat and leg press machine. This isn’t acceptable and won’t be happening going forward. We worked our asses off getting this gym back open and it’s disrespectful as hell to myself and all the people who helped me.
