Hello! A little bit about me. I was born and raised in the small town of Salina, Kansas and still reside here today. I know you can do it!

CONFIDENCE, FREEDOM, and 10-25 lbs of STRONG LEAN MUSCLE without spending their entire life in the kitchen or gym in 12 weeks OR I work with you until you do! I do this because I've been in these shoes before and have learned a system that I've simplified to save others time, and headaches, and GET REAL RESULTS! Most of my family lives here and I can’t imagine being distant from them. Kansas isn’t the most exciting place to live but when surrounded by family and the right
friends, you can always have a great time. I’m also a huge sports fan and enjoy watching
athletes compete at the highest level. As you can assume, I am a die-hard Kansas City
Chiefs fan and enjoy going to as many games every year as I can! I fell in love with exercise and fitness 12 years ago the moment I picked up my first set of
weights. I just can’t get enough of working out alongside others with similar goals, which
is why I decided to make this passion a career. I went on to attain my certification in
personal training through NASM as well as in Nutrition. I've done in-person personal training for almost 3 years and have recently decided to expand my business online to help transform even more lives! I've designed over 600 custom meal and training plans to date and have helped transform many lives! On top of my certifications, I also specialize in navigating
diets, managing weight loss, nutrient timing, supplementation, program design,
motivational & strength coaching, exercise technique, and cardiorespiratory training (I
used to run track and LOVE RUNNING). A typical day for me consists of educating and coaching clients toward their goals, but also
continuing to educate myself. I’m an evening workout person and typically end the last
couple of hours of my night structuring my next day, reading, meal prepping, or walking
my dog while also making sure my clients have everything they need before I hit the hay
for the next 8 hours. My goal for you is to make healthy living an EASY part of your life. To take the “stress”
out of it and FINALLY feel and see results, without feeling restricted. I don’t want you to
see this as another diet and exercise plan, rather, I want this to be your new lifestyle. Being consistent and
