What an amazing morning for outdoor yoga! The weather could not have been more perfect for an energizing flow to kick off the weekend, and the positive energy everyone brought made it even better.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this morning and shared their practice. We love creating this space together and are so grateful for our wonderful yoga community.

This practice is an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature, move your body, clear your mind, and come together as a community.

Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, everyone is welcome.

We’re Ready to Welcome You Back Tomorrow

Like any storm, this one has reminded us of the power of resilience, community, and staying grounded through change.

We’re happy to share that the studio will be open tomorrow, and all regularly scheduled Wednesday classes will be held as usual.

Come enjoy some air conditioning, reconnect with your practice, and move through any stress or tension you may be carrying. Whether you need strength, rest, connection, or simply a cool place to breathe, we’re here for you.

The storm has passed, and together we emerge a little stronger, a little more grateful, and ready to begin again.

Due to the giant storm that rolled through, we are ALL dealing with downed trees, power outages, and a few other unexpected obstacles. For everyone’s safety, all classes are cancelled today.

The good news? We’re still getting our movement in—just with chainsaws, rakes, and cleanup duty instead of chair poses and crescent lunges!

Please keep an eye on our social media channels today for updates regarding tomorrow’s schedule as we assess conditions and power restoration.

To celebrate, A Work In Progress Yoga Studio is taking yoga OUTSIDE and into the community! Join us under the shade of the trees at Tony’s Pizza Events Center for TWO FREE all-levels flow classes:

Friday at 9:00 AM
Saturday at 9:00 AM

Come move, stretch, breathe, and groove with us in the beautiful June weather! Whether you're a longtime yogi or stepping onto the mat for the very first time, everyone is welcome.

It’s a perfect morning for a little pre-golf stretching! The Hook and Slice Golf Tournament is about to tee off at 8 am!
