I can’t relate to myself the way I did even five years ago.

My body has changed.
My energy has changed.
My capacity has changed.
My priorities have changed.

And I’m learning that instead of asking,
“How do I get back to who I was?”

I ask:
“Who am I now?”

Maybe this season isn’t asking me to be anything but what I am.

Maybe it’s asking me to come into deeper relationship with the woman I’m becoming.

That’s the work I’m exploring in my own life—and the work I love sharing with other women.

Private 1:1 work + weekly classes:
Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri at 9 AM + Sun at 10 AM

I’ve been sitting with something for a while...

Over the last few years, I’ve watched my body become unfamiliar.

The brain fog.
The anxiety.
The exhaustion.
The nights of staring at the ceiling.
The moments of wondering, *”What is happening to me?”*

I’ve spent years studying the body through yoga, Ayurveda, anatomy, and women’s health. And yet, nothing could have fully prepared me for walking through perimenopause myself.

What I’ve discovered is this...

We don’t just need more information.

We need each other.

We need spaces where women can tell the truth without being dismissed. Where we can bring together modern science, ancient wisdom, yoga, laughter, tears, and honest conversation. Where no one has to whisper, “Is this normal?” because the room already knows.

So I’ve been dreaming.

Dreaming of Full Moon gatherings devoted to this sacred threshold. Not as support groups. Not as lectures.

But as circles.

A place to remember that we are not broken.
A place to learn what’s happening in our brains and bodies.
A place to reclaim the wisdom that this season has to offer.
A place where we don’t have to navigate this transformation alone.

If your heart stirred while reading this... stay close.

Something beautiful is beginning to take shape.

🌕✨

If this speaks to something you’ve been quietly carrying, I’d love to hear from you. What is one thing no one warned you about perimenopause?

Share below or send me a dm. Your story may be exactly what another woman needs to hear.

It’s been a while since I’ve done a raffle!! I’m doing a benefit raffle for a riend of mines family that is needing support and community to rally for them at this time. .h.e.h.o.n.e.y.h.i.v.e is a very kind person and her sons are both so sweet. As a Mom it’s hard to watch our children (even adults) suffer any type of pain while feeling helpless. So I’d like to add to their fund raising with this benefit.

Sometimes healing takes a village. 💛

If each one of my friends gave just **$25**, we would meet our goal. Little by little, person by person, it truly adds up.

Our family has been navigating a deeply difficult season, and every donation, share, prayer, and message of support means more than I can express. Thank you to everyone who has already shown up for us — we feel it!! 🙌❤️‍🩹

If you’re able to contribute, even in a small way, here is your opportunity.

And if you can’t donate right now, sharing this post helps more than you know. ✨

My family is currently walking through the most terrifying experience of our lives, and I am asking my community for help.

My 21-year-old son, Kaden, is currently in residential mental health treatment after a severe mental health crisis that led to multiple ER visits, ambulance rides, crisis response calls, and exhausting every local resource we could find.

Mental illness has shaped much of Kaden’s teenage and young adult years. Since high school, he has worked incredibly hard to continue forward despite challenges that many people never see.

After a week of escalating crisis, we were able to get him into Crownview Psychiatric Institute in Oceanside, where he is now receiving intensive residential treatment and around-the-clock support.

We have already paid for his first month of care, but we are now asking for help covering the next stages of treatment so he can continue receiving the support he urgently needs.

This has humbled me in ways I cannot explain. I now deeply understand how inaccessible quality mental health care can be for so many families.

If you are able to donate, share this fundraiser, or simply hold my son in your prayers, our family would be deeply grateful.

Sometimes it truly takes a village.

RIP Edsel Rhodes-Honeycutt 🤍
2008–2026

For the past 16 years, we’ve had the absolute joy and companionship of this deeply special creature. Edsel wasn’t just our dog—he was a steady presence, a soft place to land, a quiet kind of love that asked for very little and gave so much in return.

On Saturday, he ate his last pup cup—sweet, simple, and perfect, just like him.

In his later years, his body slowed… mostly blind, mostly deaf, often walking in circles. But even then, his spirit remained so clear. He still leaned into every head scratch, still melted for every gentle touch, still knew love in the way that mattered most.

To everyone who had the privilege of meeting him—or even just offering a belly rub—thank you. You were part of what made his life so full, so extended, so beautifully lived. I truly believe it was all that love that kept him here as long as he was, 17 1/2 years.

I’ll miss you, sweet boy. More than words can hold. 🐾
