One year. 225 visits š„³
When we first chatted with Lourdes on her intro call, she told us something we hear a lot:
Sheād been part of CrossFit gyms before, but consistency never stuck. Sheād bounced around and never quite found her footing.
Twelve months later, sheās walked through these doors 225 times. Thatās not luck or motivation on the good days. Thatās just showing up, over and over.
If āgetting consistentā is the goal you keep restarting, hear this: consistency isnāt about being perfect. Itās about finding a place where showing up feels worth it.

Years in our classes. Trained through her pregnancy. Showed up postpartum.

Somewhere along the way, the world got more connected online⦠and more disconnected in real life.
Thatās why days like this matter to us.
Working out together. Eating good food together. Sitting around after class talking, laughing, and letting the kids run around.
Fitness was never meant to be just a one hour workout.

I canāt do a pull-upā is the #1 thing we hear from people thinking about joining.
Meet Alan. A year ago, neither could he.

Worried about your parents as they get older?
