SPARTAN women of the JCC crushed the Monterey course this weekend. All their hard work at the Oshman JCC Spartan Classes paid off!!! Can’t wait to see you race again❤️

21 dead-hang pull ups/104 crunches in 2 minutes, 18:22 3-miler followed by 15 minutes of 1/8 mile, 10 dead hang pull ups, 20 push ups, 15 quarts with 40 lbs!! He’s prepping for USMC OCS! He’s a BEAST!!!
1st in age group. Clean race.
