Thank you for the great event and all the fans for helping support me and my fellow racers. Glad we were able to put on a great show for y’all. I qualified p23 out of 36 karts but was only 2 tenths off of the pole. The beginner box stock class is very competitive. Started P5 in the B main and finished 3rd one spot out of the transfer. My day is coming… adapt… overcome… persevere

First race of beginner stocks and Drake Edwards asked if I could run for him tonight so here we are.

Rough night .. dad forgot the keys to the trailer… papa to the rescue with the sawzall. Went out for qualifying and put it P19. My worst effort ever. Heartbroken and dad upset about what happened to the kart I explained what I felt in the kart and dad and the rest of the volunteer crew went to work. Found the issue dad and got it fixed up for the heat race while mom and papa got me strapped into the kart. Started the heat 5th and ended up finishing 2nd. One check mark… make the A main. Started the main 6th and after dodging some melees in front me me I was able to bring home my 3rd A main win. Now on to beginner box stock racing!!!!

After a long weekend I am taking tonight off from the race track to go watch my 2 buddies race big cars at North Wilkesboro. See y’all in a couple more weeks. Thank you all again for your support.

Well I was surprised to have 2 of my friends come out to the track last night. Thank you .constable for letting them come and watch. Pretty good night for the 5s. Qualified P3… won my heat race started 3rd in the feature lead a few laps but got passed in turn 3 and ended up finishing 2nd. Learned a lot and will take that with me to the next race. See y’all in a bit

Well after last week I am not sure what to expect going into tomorrow’s race at Millbridge Speedway. Started first in the first feature of the night and lead flag to flag for the W.

Slated to start 4th in the second feature of the night when I went on track the engine would not stay fired. When I was pushed to the pits it seemed as though every team in the pits came to help and figure out what the issue was. Turns out it was a clutch bolt that had came loose. My crew found the bolt on the floor pan while the rest of the pit dads were running frantically to find one. Team Edwards Racing to the rescue with the 90 degree impact to help my crew fasten the bolt back as that is the only way to affix it while I am In the kart. Needless to say I made it back out on track without losing a lap thanks to a first lap caution. I finished 4th in that feature which after starting last was a big accomplishment. My peers are good drivers and are fast. Myself and my crew can not express how greatful we are for all who jumped in to lend a hand. One big family.

We will see y’all Tuesday night again at Millbridge Speedway.

Tonight double features for the littles, No heats. After the first round of features we will do an egg hunt on track for all kids 12 and under! Come support the littles!
