New schedule this week!!! Drop on in for any of the Midshore workouts!
***Monday: Bike, 18 miles, Exxon on Snow hill road, be there at 5 for a 530 roll! Will have A (18-20), B (16-18), and C (14-16) pace groups. (Justin will lead)
***Tuesday: Speed Workout, let's meet at JMB middle school and hit the track! See ya there at 6p
***Wednesday: OWS, Anyone up for public landing?! Nanticoke has low tide... 6p at Public Landing
***Thursday:Run from the Y
***Friday: Savor that Rest day
***Saturday: Long Bike to Chesapeake Bay Farms with optional run afterwards, lets decide on a time.
***Sunday: Long run option, about 8-10 miles. Details to come!
