Job Summary 💼
- Provide technical assistance to child care providers and individual coaching to teachers of preschool-aged children.
- Coordinate regional professional learning for child care providers.
- Maintain records and reports as required.
- Assist programs with expansion, make judgments on business strategies, and provide ongoing program support.
- Use evaluation tools to determine providers' needs and create a unique program plan for each provider.
- Compare current training opportunities to changing MSDE guidance and update trainings as needed to ensure the best possible continuing education programs for providers.
