RAC is a Y/USA Safe Sport certified swim team based in Salisbury, NC. Technical, physiological and intrapersonal team skill developments are developed.
RAC prepares all athletes to plan, work and achieve their goals in the water, and in life. #RaisedbyRAC The Rowan Aquatic Club is a year round, YMCA and USA Swimming program. Our swim team program is offered for children ages 5 - 18. We offer professional coaching in stroke development. Salisbury new parent meeting is 6pm today! We can’t wait to welcome the next generation of Rowan swimmers. Kids are welcome if they’d like to listen in - whatever works best for your family. Practices will then begin this week for new swimmers (exact day depends on your group).
