Ultimately, Force 9U would have a 3 run 3rd inning that would push us over the top, securing another championship with a 6-3 victory!

We also want to give a huge shoutout to all the instructors that took their time to come help us train in hitting, fielding, pitching and catching. Thank you to our SU Baseball players for helping during games and practices at the beginning of the season. And thank you to our sponsors for this season: Burley Beards, Salisbury Door and Hardware, The Wilkins Family and Cannon Enterprises.

Finally, we need to say thank you to our parents and fans for everything they do. From making sure the boys get to practice to making sure they are fed between games and everything in between. Without your support and hard work none of this is possible. We hear you cheering on the field and know you are there to support us off the field. Here's to a great season and we look forward to seeing everyone next year as the team shifts around and moves on to become Eastern Shore Force 9U!

ESTB 10th Annual Firecracker Spectatular Blowout (7/11 - 7/13):

The boys took on the 9U bracket once again this weekend at Henry Parker Field. Friday began with an afternoon game against Mid Shore Mavericks, starting slow with a 10-0 loss. We bounced back against Aces 302 securing a win 12-2 leaving us 1-1 for the first day of pool play.

Day two started early against the Kent Island Bucs, ending in our second win with a score of 15-3. DMV Destroyers were the final game of pool play for Force. We played tough and came out with our third win of the weekend, 16-3, securing the #2 seed going into championship Sunday.

Sunday’s semi-final game against Aces 302 started a little slow in the first inning but we jumped out to a 6-1 lead after the second inning. We held strong till the 5th inning closing the game out 10-2 and securing yet another spot in a tournament championship.

We would face Mid-Shore Mavericks again in the Championship game to finish off the season. It was a pitchers duel with both teams fighting off runs but Force took the lead in the second inning and held it till the end of the 5th. In the bottom of the 6th, Mid-Shore got two hits putting the game in a 6-6 tie. With two outs and an 0-1 count The Mavericks would get a single to end the game unfortunately.

Although not gow we wanted to end the season westill finished with a championship game appearance and some hardware for the boys to take home. With this tournament under our belt we improve to 34-8 for the entire fall and spring season, securing four 1st place finishes and five 2nd place finishes over 9 tournaments. We appreciate all our fans, parents and supporters for a great season!
