Did you figure it out? 👀

A few things are missing from our gym—and that’s completely intentional.

First, you’ll notice there aren’t mirrors covering every wall. Instead of focusing on your reflection, you have a coach helping you move well, improve your form, and build confidence with every workout.

You’ll also notice there aren’t rows of machines. Life doesn’t happen on a machine, so we focus on movement patterns that help you get stronger for the things you do every day—lifting, carrying, reaching, getting up and down, and everything in between.

A clean, welcoming space where equipment is put away, the floors are clear, and you can focus on your workout, and not everyone else’s.

Just expert coaching, purposeful training, and an environment designed to help you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door.

What was the first thing you noticed?

Strong muscles are important.

Strong bones are too.

This Saturday, we partnered with to bring DEXA bone density scans directly to Alloy Holladay, giving our members and community the opportunity to learn more about what’s happening beneath the surface.

Bone loss can occur gradually and without obvious symptoms, which is why understanding your bone health can be such a valuable part of aging well. A DEXA scan provides detailed information about bone density, helping identify potential concerns early and giving you a clearer picture of your overall health.

At Alloy, we’re big believers that fitness should be about more than today’s workout. It’s about staying strong, active, and independent for the years ahead.

Thank you to everyone who participated, and a special thank you to DEXABODY for helping us bring another valuable health resource to our community. 💛

Your core is supposed to help you through life, not just your workouts.

A lot of people start training because every day things begin feeling harder than they should. Back tightness. Feeling unstable. Trouble getting off the floor. Feeling weak carrying heavier things. Avoiding movements that used to feel easy.
That’s why we trained the core through resisting rotation creating stability controlling movement and coordinating the body as a whole, because that’s what life actually demands.
If you’re looking to get into training, but not sure where to start, we’d love to help. ❀

You can’t feel bone loss happening
which is exactly why this matters.
A DEXA scan does more than measure body composition — it can also give insight into your bone density, an important part of aging well that often goes unnoticed until there’s already a problem.

Bone density can gradually decrease over time without obvious symptoms, increasing the risk of fractures, injuries, loss of balance, and reduced mobility later in life. Many people don’t realize there’s an issue until a fall or injury happens.

Knowing where your bone health stands now can help you make proactive decisions with strength training, nutrition, and recovery so you can continue doing the things you love for years to come.

This event is about understanding your body on a deeper level and building strength with longevity in mind.

We’ll have the DexaBody mobile testing van at Alloy Holladay on 5/30 from 12–4 PM.
