That’s a wrap with BlenderBottle]. WHAT A DAY! The funnest crew, the best water bottles (duh), and left feeling so fulfilled & happy. It’s amazing how different jobs can feel when you’re out of your head.. I say this because for SO many years I struggled with comparison. I honestly put myself down more than a lift myself up. I wasn’t ever enough in my book. The last two years I’ve put in the work to build my confidence up and re-write my story. Perspective is everything and how you think and talk about yourself matters so so much. I honestly can’t stress it enough. Lift yourself up, talk to yourself kindly, and just remember you’re enough. Hot lemon water + celery juice to start the day. Drinking hot water and lemon gives your immune system a boost – Lemons are packed with nutrients including vitamin C, B-complex vitamins, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and fiber. It takes just a few extra minutes in the morning so get up 5 minutes earlier and add this to your routine.

Prepped and ready for the week. One of the things I struggle with the most is bored snacking… which is why it’s so important for me to have my snacks prepped & washed. I hope you all had a great long weekend and are feeling refreshed for this week.

Mornings of comfort. A few months ago I lost my morning routine. I stopped my morning self-care time, affirmations & my journaling. I stopped making time for it, even though it’s something I truly believe in and is something that is important to me. But this morning I woke up and without even putting thought or reason behind it I made the time to take some moments for me. To breathe, write, to think, and feel. I wanted to give you a little push to try and find some time for yourself today. To really sit and feel. It’s the uncomfortable moments where we grow as people and make an impact on others lives. One day at a time is all you have to do.
