Freshman in High School vs Senior year of College... I spent my high school years going to every college recruiting camp, sending letters, making calls and I was disappointed in myself when my only call backs were Community Colleges and Private Universities. I ultimately decided to take Bellevue College's offer and played there for 2 years. I was almost embarrassed to tell people I ended up at a Community College after all my hard work and my parents dedication and money spent on me. Turns out, this was one of the best decisions I could have made for my college career and my personal growth. Not only did I continue to physically grow into my first year of college and became much stronger, but my skillsets went from Pretty Good to Great. It wasn't long until I got a full scholarship to play for Oregon Tech to finish my schooling and play my last 2 years. Some of us have to put in more work than others, but if you're willing, it can take you far.
