How many wings can you make at once on the Woodridge Elite?!

And if you want Traeger wings that crush at every game day party, we kept these ones simple:

🔥 Season: Pat your wings dry, then toss with Traeger Anything Rub

🔥 Grill: Fire up your Traeger to 375°F and cook the wings directly on the grates, flipping every 20 minutes until they reach 165°F internal.

🔥 Sauce: Mix hot sauce and butter, then toss those wings until they’re completely coated.

🔥 Finish: Throw ’em back on the Traeger for another 10–15 minutes to let that hot sauce set, if you feel like it.

Serve with ranch or blue cheese and watch 150 wings disappear faster than you’d think. 😮‍💨

2️⃣ Make the Bang Bang Sauce: Whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce, and a little chili sauce.

3️⃣ Skewer: Load up your chicken skewers and get your Traeger rolling at 450°F.

4️⃣ Grill: Cook for 12 minutes, then flip and brush generously with Bang Bang Sauce.

Hitting your macros just got a whole lot tastier. 🔥💪

Griddled chicken, rice, onions, and poblano peppers get loaded into tortillas for high-protein burritos that hit the spot every time.

Meal prep ’em for the week or crush the whole batch in one sitting. With this much protein, they’re basically health food.

That’s how macros work, right?

We’re sure by now you’ve heard of 0–400 wings. But now, they’re Traeger approved. 🔥🍗

Crispy wings. Minimal effort. No preheating. Here’s how to give the viral method a go:

1️⃣ Pat your wings really dry, season generously, and place them directly on the grates while your Traeger is still cold. PRO TIP: Load them onto a wire rack first for a quick and easy on-and-off the grill.

2️⃣ Set your Traeger to 400°F and fire it up.

3️⃣ Let the wings cook as the grill comes up to temp. After about 30 minutes, flip ’em.

4️⃣ Cook for another ~30 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and the skin is crispy to your liking.

5️⃣ Pull ’em, toss in your favorite sauce, and get after it.

0 → 400 → crispy wing heaven. Save this one for game day. 🏈🔥

Burgers off the Traeger just hit different. 🍔🔥

Summer’s almost over, so we have one question: Are you sure you’ve had enough burgers?

A few tips for getting a great burger off your pellet grill:

🔥 Don’t overwork the meat. Loosely form your patties so they stay tender and juicy.
🔥 Season generously. Salt, pepper, and your favorite Traeger Rub go a long way.
🔥 Want more some smoke? Start lower for more wood-fired flavor before cranking up the heat.
🔥 Finish hot. Higher heat helps build that browned, flavorful exterior.
🔥 Cook to temp. An instant-read thermometer takes the guesswork out of doneness.

There’s still time to squeeze in a few more burger nights. Find the recipe through the link in bio, on Traeger.com, or in the Traeger App.
