How do you decide whether to work through, modify or skip a workout when you have symptoms 🤷🏻? Not a hard science but some general guidance based on some science, the state of the condition, and some understanding of your training load/stresses. 🤔

Minimze the distractions 📱, and unlock yourself once in a while. The smartest minds aren’t the busiest, but the most present.

When should you push through soreness and when should you slow down?
Soreness is a normal and expected part of any recovery process or workout. In order to get stronger and more resilient, we need to push our tissues and stress them in an appropriate manner.
With that being said, there are times when we may need to pump the brakes and not progress quite as fast. Does this mean we stop entirely? No! Remember, pain is a normal part of the human experience and is not always a sign to stop but should serve as an opportunity to re-evaluate and modify with your care team as needed.
