Kennedy coaches from a place of education first, she wants you to understand the why behind every movement, not just go through the motions.
Strength, confidence, and trust in your own body is what she wants to help you build.
With a background in group fitness and personal training, she creates an environment where every athlete, regardless of experience level, feels challenged and supported. Whether that’s refining your technique, lifting heavier than you thought possible, or just showing up on a hard day, she’s in your corner.
