We have an exciting story to share with everyone who loves Carsen and his amazing bucking bull Motley Crew!
As many of you already know, Motley Crew was retired from his bucking career on November 10, 2023; the same day his handler and our angel Carsen James was laid to rest. Motley has gone on to sire some pretty amazing offspring and the one we want to tell you about today just won the June 5th Duncan ABBI Yearling futurity with a score of 94.8. We split the win with Futrell 22N - Winrock/Futrell who also finished with a 94.8!
This little winner is X19 - Bill and Shelly Truax/Big Schott/Spencer/6-C and is a daughter to the 2023 ABBI Junior Futurity Reserve World Champion Carsen Perry’s 791 Motley Crew - Big Schott/Barthold/6-C; and the dam to this dynamite bucker is none other than the 2023 ABBI Yearling World Champion 95K Highway Honey - Bill and Shelly Truax/Big Schott/6-C. Coming into Duncan she was known on the entry sheet as X19 and she will be going back to 6-C with the name X19 Highway to Heaven. We cannot imagine a more perfect name for her and are super excited to watch her grow and bring more people together with even more love, appreciation and support for the legacy of Carsen James and Motley Crew. God is Good and we will continue to share and live in the light of Carsen’s favorite verse and the absolute truth that “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me - Phil 4:13”.

We sure are excited about several of yearlings this year. This embryo calf out of 2-24 Premier Princess x 75 Billy Frank gave it her all. Thanks & congrats to all our partners.
