“The obstacle is the path”
30 Day Challenge
✅ 10min Meditation
✅ Replace has habit with healthy one
✅ drink 1/2 bw in water
✅ Remove Dairy
The point of this challenge is to create new healthy habits Therefor after the 30 days we will continue with these four tasks until we achieve a 100% daily and then we modify it and Begin the next challenge 🤙🏻
Example meditation is 💯 for 10 minutes let’s try to increase it to 15-20 minutes.

Mom/Daughter/Grandmother I Love training these ladies especially when they get after a 10 minute AMRAP. Betty and Ang show up 3-4 days a week and are super easy to coach and motivate. .
