Yoganidrasana embodies transcendence—stepping beyond the ordinary states of waking, dreaming, and deep sleep into the realm of Turiya (superconsciousness). The deep tuck of the legs signifies inward withdrawal (Pratyahara), turning our focus inward, fostering spiritual clarity.
Practicing Yoganidrasana cultivates inner tranquility, patience, and resilience. It helps deepen my meditative focus, encouraging turning inward to connect with my inner divine. Just as Vishnu’s sleep sustains cosmic order, finding moments of stillness through this pose supports mental clarity and emotional balance in daily life. It reminds me that rest, surrender, and inner awareness are essential for my growth and transformation.

I am deeply grateful for the cherished opportunity to continue sharing my beloved yoga teacher training programs in 2026. Offering my programs from my lovely home yoga shala allows me to create an experience that is more profound and enriching than I have ever been able to offer in nearly 15 years of guiding aspiring teachers. I feel truly blessed to serve humanity through this sacred work. I warmly invite you to join me on what promises to be a transformative journey, one that will exceed anything you might have imagined. My programs assist each of my students to understand yoga primarily on a personal level. You will enjoy small intimate groups, which is rare in teacher training environments. My 200-hour program will have 8-10 students, and the advanced 300-hour hour program will have 5-6 students. I hope you will consider becoming my student in this capacity.
I am truly fortunate to have accumulated nearly 5,000 hours of hands-on personal teacher training experiences as a dedicated student, along many thousands of hours of personal practice and teaching my students over decades. Alongside this, I dedicated 12 years to earning a comprehensive yoga therapy certification through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). Currently, I am in the final year of pursuing my master's degree in Integral Health with a focus on yoga therapy through the California Institute of Human Sciences (CIHS), further enriching my journey of growth and service.
Please consider joining my programs! 2026 sessions begin February.
